The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable with a nice bed, but access to food was lacking.

Very pleasant spot right in the centre of Clermont‑Ferrand – the hotel has a modern art style and the rooms are industrial‑decorated; the only downside is the lack of parking.
