The experience was terrible: broken window, broken tab, broken bathroom door, bedsheets with bugs, a night full of mosquito bites, and a broken TV—totally the worst.

The room was very dirty, the bed cover wasn’t clean, the toilet was awful, and even though I paid extra for breakfast when booking, they didn’t provide it.
