An amazing place in an excellent location with great facilities. The breakfast was superb, and the sushi was stunning with flawless service. Everything we wanted happened at the highest level. A must‑stay if you’re in the area; no wonder it earned this rating. Perfect!

Exceptional Stay in Ortisei, Aaritz hotel! The staying at this high-end hotel, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The entire property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a top-tier atmosphere. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding level of service. The staff is attentive, polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team—they clean and refresh the room twice a day, which is truly beyond standard and a fantastic touch! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If we ever return to Ortisei, we will without a doubt stay here again. Week Wifi

The welcome was exceptional. They paid special attention to our requests and gave us very good advice, always with a smile and kindness. The room was large enough, with a small living area, and the bedding was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, not only for its selection but also for the hospitality. The wellness area was of high quality. We are delighted with our stay at this hotel and will return.
