I always love staying here; the location in Príncipe Real is great and the metro is close for the airport. The rooms are well equipped and have character, and over the years the staff have always been friendly and genuinely helped make Lisbon feel like a home away from home.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of public transport right nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk during the day who arranged tickets for us to a nearby attraction—such a rare find. The breakfast was also good.

Cleanliness, staff courtesy, and location were all great. I liked everything. The hotel has no elevator, so people with mobility issues might struggle.

The hotel sits in an old palatial house, and that shows, especially inside. High ceilings, beautifully decorated lobbies, and spacious rooms. I recommend room 206—a huge room with a lovely bathroom and an extra small room with another full bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. That particular room was quiet and roomy. It’s just a 10‑minute walk from Bairro Alto in Lisbon, and tram, bus, and metro stops are right next to the hotel. The buffet breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is charming, considering it’s an old palazzo. Don’t expect modern amenities, but there’s nothing missing. I’d recommend it for exploring Lisbon and enjoying the nearby atmosphere.
