The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Checking in took an extra 45 minutes, with older people in the car waiting for a single room to be ready without knowing the price. We did get a bottle of wine as a consolation, but it tasted fizzy and odd. The coffee at breakfast needs a lot of improvement. At night the room number light was off, so we spent several minutes walking back and forth to find our room. There was no Wi‑Fi password provided in the room.

I found the place super comfy and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. The on‑site restaurant served delicious meals too. It’s close to the airport where I headed the next day and not too far from downtown for buses and trains.

The shuttle bus to the center is convenient. Some furnishings need to be replaced.

The reception’s organization and the night guard’s arrogance and incompetence were a life‑trauma: at 01:15 I was told there was no room, even though I had booked a family suite! All other impressions and experiences were ruined, and I will never return.
