We liked the host’s friendliness. He let us in earlier than the scheduled time without any hassle and explained that he always rents to a single group so guests don’t have to share the bathroom. It was a bit pricey for what it was.

We chose not to stay because it was hot and we were traveling by bike. Skipping the stop and heading to our final destination by train was the smart move. We had paid a non‑refundable rate, but the host was very kind and promised us a nice stay next time. I’m looking forward to visiting this part of France again.
