“HORRIBLE”

The location itself was okay and not bad overall. The staff were awful: they didn’t clean our room, there were cockroaches, they didn’t change our towels, they didn’t set up our room, and they didn’t provide paper. Everything was terrible.

There were bed bugs!!! And construction was happening so early in the morning.
