The food and restaurant required a lot of improvement; it was very poor.
The location and facilities were excellent, with a superb view of Abbottabad. Thandiani Top is a 45‑minute drive from the hotel, though the road is patchy. The staff, particularly Shahzad and Waseem, were very friendly and helpful. Sound insulation could be improved.

The staff were excellent! Waseem, the Housekeeping Supervisor, went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was great, and the location was nice and peaceful.
