Excellent services. The breakfast was served in a bar but too far from the property and opened too late.

We were a bit hesitant when we booked because there were so few Google Maps reviews and not all were very positive. Yet the reality far surpassed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. We arrived quite late to check‑in and were warmly welcomed, with staff kindly helping us with parking and luggage. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed – and above all, an incredibly comfortable bed. We also really enjoyed the hotel pool. One highlight is the location: just a two‑minute walk from the Marina, making it feel like you’re right in the heart of it, with plenty of great options nearby for breakfast and meals. We were also able to use the pool of the larger hotel across the street, which was honestly one of the biggest surprises of our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, with attentive service throughout. For us it was even better than many of the beach clubs in the area – calm, comfortable, and with a level of service that made the experience truly special. Overall, the stay was far beyond what we expected, and we are very glad we decided to give it a chance. We would happily stay here again.

“Feels like private good appartment , perfect 5 min location, not for all-inclusive vocation”

I’d like to thank everyone on the hotel team. The cleaning lady, Gülderen Hanım, treats me like a mom (anne). The reception team feels like family. The hotel is in a perfect location near Yalıkavak Marina promenade, 5 minutes to every nice restaurant, walk, club, other location. Perfect stay if you expect a nice feels‑like‑home place. It’s more like an apartment. Please, from June until September 5th do not expect quiet nights. There’s such a good Turkish music club there, Noola. For those who like this music, good. People who like quiet → make a reservation from September 5th until June. Those who like Turkish music → welcome to summer. The hotel provides beach and pool too. But if you want an exclusive beach → check more private beach clubs. So this hotel → for not‑all‑inclusive vacation. It’s an apartment, good, clean, private. The Awra beach that was provided was all perfect, but I think the hotel that provides the beach and sea should clean the seaside more → sometimes plastic, something from the sea. So. I went to other cleaner private beach clubs. Do not choose if you do not enjoy the Middle East and plan to stay and use the beach in this hotel. Mostly clients there are from the Middle East. I respect this culture → for me it was ok.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Umit and the lady were very helpful, assisted us with early check‑in arrangements and logistics from and to the airport.
