“Good value for money and nice evening meal.”
The staff are good and the room is nice, but there is no smart TV in my room.

The food was amazing, very tasty, with a good amount and reasonable price. Breakfast was lovely, and the hot chocolate was one of the best I’ve had. The rooms were very spacious, with hot water, a heating system, and a comfy bed. All was really good.

The room was decently furnished but grubby, with cobwebs and it didn’t seem properly cleaned. The bathroom had a large dead spider on the floor that we had to remove, and the shower floor had black mould.

The food and staff were great, but the room stayed very warm even after we lowered the radiators.

I expected a king's suite but it felt more like a hostel, and the area was awful with nothing to do; the staff were lazy, but that was about it. The location was close enough to everything.
