The staff were decent. The blue dim lights in room 18 didn’t work, the key card for the door was useless, so I had to wait for the housekeeper to let me in; someone’s hair was everywhere on the fitted sheets. Luckily my girlfriend brought her blanket, and we slept on top of that. The first stay was fine, but this one was awful.

This place was terrible. From the moment we arrived the toilet was broken and the bed was awful, sinking right in the middle.

The location was fine. The room given to those who booked through Booking was worse than if you booked on site; the sheets were dirty, there was trash on the floor, the bathroom didn’t match the photos, the bed was terrible—better to sleep on the floor, they didn’t provide new toilet paper and the bathtub was filthy. It was the worst place I’ve stayed.

I only liked the TV because it had HBO. The bed, the bathroom, the cockroaches, the blue lights, and the tiny liquor bottles that looked like lights on the walls were all bad.
