The air conditioning didn’t work well; I complained at the front desk when it was sweltering around 5.30pm, but the reception area was cooler than the room. They promised someone would come to fix it, yet nobody did. I paid for a much better experience than this. There’s only one power outlet, and the TV only shows channel 8—no other channels. Privacy is non‑existent; people outside can hear you. It feels more like staying in a house. Also, the sink is leaking and they need to fix that first.
