A generously laid out, stylish hotel with a large garden where you can sit very nicely. In a very pleasant, old-fashioned way. Very friendly, extremely service-oriented staff. We noticed positively that they also cater to vegetarians at the evening buffet. They were very eager to make us right on every imaginable level. Unfortunately the internet was nowhere in the hotel very good and also not reliable.

Serena is overall great; the staff are friendly and professional, the location is good, and the prices are reasonable. However, in the ground‑floor rooms the air quality feels a little poor—nothing toxic, but not as good as I expected.
