“Toller Service! ☺️”

The staff and service were incredible, especially Miss Panha, who made me feel very comfortable. During my stay, two room issues were addressed immediately. I took the cooking class and massages and was very satisfied. Planting a tree will stay in my memory. Unfortunately, I found the door to “The Nest” locked, which caused some panic. A random TukTuk driver directed me to the next hotel (about 100 m away). I wasn’t told beforehand that I should check in at “The Urban,” which was a real shame and could have saved me fear and frustration. I don’t want to give a bad review, but better communication is needed.

“Fabulous”

I didn’t stay at the Nest Hotel because it was under renovation; instead I was transferred to the Urban Hotel, one of its sister properties, so all my comments refer to the Urban. Everything exceeded my expectations; I’m grateful to the management and the lovely, kind staff, especially my friend Sam, whose sincere attitude made me feel at home and part of a family, so I never felt lonely. I didn’t experience any unpleasantness during my stay.

The rooms were large, with a private entrance, a good shower, and a comfortable bed—everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely return.

“Excellent and We definitely stay there again.”

The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially Ms. SITH SOPANHA, who had a great attitude and was very hospitable. The only downside was the urban music, which was a bit too poppy for everyone; we’d prefer quieter, relaxing tunes.

The staff’s constant smiles and friendliness made the stay special. Guides and TukTuk services organized through the hotel were excellent thanks to Billy (guide) and Chey, both awesome guys. All good.
