“This was recommended by a family friend! Our stay was pleasant the staff were showing superb services from the security”

I initially had a pleasant stay, but things took a turn when we were moved to the third floor. Unfortunately, the peace and quiet we initially enjoyed was disrupted by the noise from the back side of the building. The hotel's age was evident in the outdated facilities, and our first room had a leaky faucet and rusty shower pipes. To make matters worse, the floors were not properly cleaned, and the towels were dingy and not up to par.

“Nice place but needs better maintenance”

We were initially impressed by the spacious rooms and the friendly staff, but our experience was marred by the poorly maintained facilities and a messy check-in process. It was a shame, as the hotel had a lot of potential, but it fell short in these areas.
