The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the shower was hot. Towels were replaced without needing to ask. The bathroom ceiling tiles were damaged, the lampshades were falling apart, and the room didn't look clean. There was a large number of migrant workers. Some were pleasant, but some drank in public and in the evening it didn't feel safe.

The location was fine and the staff were friendly, but the room smelled extremely musty and I’m really concerned about mold; the windows had bugs and grime, and there was a spider in the bathroom.

Nothing was good—everything was horrible. I booked a room for 12 am and paid online for that night, expecting to stay for a few hours on the night of July 17th. The reservation was actually for July 18th to July 19th, but I needed it on Friday the 17th. When I arrived, the staff wouldn’t let me change the date or use the room for 4–5 hours, so I had to pay another $100 for a different room, ending up spending $200 to sleep in a rundown room for a few hours. If I’d seen the place during the day, I would never have stayed; it stank, was far below normal standards, and was a total rip‑off.
