The staff were friendly, but there was no restaurant, no parking, and the jacuzzi was closed.

Love how accessible things are around the area . Near by restaurants and bars . Pharmacy down the street . Beach is literally 5 mins and they do provide beach chairs and beach towels I'll give them that. Hate how we were falsely advertised of what things come included with . Our room had to be changed on the first night due to safety issues cause locals got access to know our room number . Super freaking dangerous. Breakfast wasn't provided , jacuzzi was out of service , rooftop was under construction. Our tv had no WiFi . Our control had no buttons . Our room had no mirrors . Our bathroom was constantly flooding . They never cleaned our room until we informed the front desk . As we complained to the host she says " room service is completed when ask for " EXCUSE ME IN A HOTEL CLEANING IS MANDATORY HOW TF SHOULD I BE TELLING YOU TO PLEASE CHANGE THE GARAGE UPSTAIRS ! So unprofessional workers just smoking in the front of the hotel like nothing happened! My 4th time here and this time it disappointed me . Woah and not only that price is a scam 200 plus in taxes and service was basurda

“The wave was wavy”

I checked in early and Diane at the front desk gave me my room early, with outstanding, very professional customer service. I’ll definitely come back – 10 out of 10. The parking in the area was very tough; better to take an Uber.
