The Wi‑Fi worked well, check‑in was easy, and the reception desk was there, but the man who claimed to be the manager was rude to us; I think the issue could have been discussed in a calmer tone, though he did apologize later.

Check‑in can happen at any time, the staff stay in touch and keep an eye on your safety; this is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and everything is always great. Thanks!

The bathtub was dirty, there was no liquid soap, the shower faucet leaked, there was no water pressure, and something was humming for an hour at 3 a.m.; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was clean and tidy, I’m truly grateful that they understood my child’s breakfast preferences; the beds were very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The location is convenient—shops, a supermarket, and McDonald’s are nearby. The internet was a bit slow.
