The location was great, within walking distance of the city. Steve made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was beautiful.

The room was bright, airy, and spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic; Steve greeted us warmly and the spot was just a five‑minute walk from Chichester’s centre. The only downside was the limited space for our luggage, but that hardly mattered.

The breakfast was tailored perfectly to our needs, though parking proved a little awkward.

The place is lovely, very central, and the host is excellent and helpful. Nothing to complain about for a one‑ or two‑night stay.
