“Disapointing”

The air conditioning worked well, but the breakfast was very basic and the room felt far less luxurious than the pictures on the booking site suggested.

The location in the city centre was great and the bed was comfortable, yet the staff were unprofessional, the room photos were fake, the place was noisy both inside and outside, someone talked all night in the corridors, another person smoked there, the advertised equipment was missing, the sheets had a hole, there was a leak in the bathroom pipes, the door only closed with the key, and I paid for a PREMIUM room. The staff refused to compensate for all the false information, booking only reimbursed a small portion, and my stay was cut from 12 to 2 days. Even the façade photo was wrong! This was the worst experience; you’ll find much better value elsewhere for the same price, even if you add a bit more—I've stayed at several other hotels of the same price range in Medan.
