“We Didn’t stay as we were not provided room by hotel and were rude when we showed them booking”

I'm still fuming about my recent experience at this hotel. The night staff were completely unhelpful when I tried to book a room, and to make matters worse, the taxi driver who brought me here seemed to have an in with the hotel - he tried to convince me to book a room through the hotel instead of using the taxi service, which would have cost me a fortune. Needless to say, I didn't take his advice, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

The hotel has its good points, like the friendly staff who made an effort to make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a rough night when a guy in another room started yelling around 11 pm and I got woken up. It was a shame, because the rest of my stay was actually pretty good, but the noise from the banging door and loud voices in the adjacent room was a real disturbance.

“Very bad Room condition”

The room was a letdown, to be honest. It was cramped and the decor was straight out of the 90s. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. I was expecting a bit more from a place that's supposed to be in the city center, but it just felt like a tired old hotel that's seen better days.
