Very poor. No support from staff for luggage, electricity cut frequently so no AC and geyser works when you need. No drinking water in the room. Bathrooms were not clean and everything is poor

This place is just perfect, I'm not sure what else to say. It's got everything I need and more. I'm really happy with my choice to stay here.

I was blown away by the hotel's cozy atmosphere - it genuinely felt like I was staying in someone's home. The decor was tasteful and modern, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. However, my excitement was slightly dampened by the interior design, which was just a bit too sleek and minimalist for my taste. Overall, the hotel's warm ambiance and comfortable rooms made up for the slightly sterile decor.
