I was hugely disappointed by the caravan’s condition for £189 per night: hair littered the duvet, beds, and couch, it hadn’t been vacuumed, cups were unwashed, and a half‑used toilet roll with a soap bar left the space unsanitary; the broken shower head was unhelpful to fix—re‑attaching the hose caused water to spray straight back out—and everyone who stayed felt disgusted.

I got a great price, and when I struggled to get in, the staff responded quickly. The caravan was really cold at night, and finding it was a nightmare because the park is huge, the signal is bad, and there are almost no signs, so I wasted a lot of time trying to reach the wrong caravan.

The place was spotless. Only the bathroom had a minor flaw, but everything else was fine.
