The staff are friendly and always ready to help, even teaching some Chichewa. Breakfast was adequate with different options. I used the swimming pool once and it was great. I forgot my invoice, and the hotel sent me a copy. The carpets in the corridors didn’t smell very good, and I also saw cockroaches in the room, which was not a pleasant experience.

The garden was stunning, and the gym and pool were excellent. Everyone on the staff was helpful, and both the buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast quality was good. It took an hour to locate my name in the system before I was given the key to my room, even though I had been in contact with the hotel for a long time that same day.
