The location was exceptional and the staff were friendly, yet the walls and faucets in the facilities and rooms were dirty, and from the day we arrived there was no hot water; the staff said the next day there was a fault that couldn’t be fixed.

The hotel has no hot water, no towels, no TV service, and other basic amenities are missing, showing that the owner or manager clearly lack hotel experience; I don’t recommend it and think it should close.

I didn’t find much that pleased me: the room had no TV, no hot water, no parking (a makeshift solution), no towels, no soap, it was cold, the bathroom lacked a curtain, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the blankets were stained.
