I relaxed by the pool in the afternoon, looking out over the hills. Dinner on the outdoor patio was delicious, and their wine was great. It was a very pleasant stay. The pillows were gigantic.

The pool is great with a southern view and the breakfast is excellent. The pool bar was unstaffed and it wasn’t possible to call for service; maybe a bell or flag should be installed so staff know when someone at the pool wants a drink.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was home‑style and excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and large. The air conditioning didn’t work as well as it should.
