I was pleased to find the hotel right in front of the Mall with plenty of shops nearby, but the receptionist kept opening my door whenever they wanted, even after I had locked it, which made me feel uneasy.

“strongly advise against staying here”

Nothing. When we checked in, we intended to stay for two days, and they charged us 324 MYR. However, upon entering the room, it was extremely dirty, infested with bed bugs, and had numerous geckos. We left immediately and asked for a refund, but they refused, claiming that we had booked . I strongly advise against staying here
