Nothing. The smell, the cleanliness, the lack of hands on deck feeling like your concerns are not being met the dirtiness the ignorance they don’t care to make you feel better about booking through third-party is always. Oh well figure it out not my problem is third-party. That faggots man was very rude and I would never ever come there again

There is nothing about this hotel that’s good; everything was terrible—bad location, bad service, and bad rooms.

We stayed for a soccer tournament and only used the hotel for sleep before leaving early for breakfast. The room was clean and the staff friendly, though a bit more tidiness would have been nice.

I appreciated the cleanliness, but the handicap‑accessible room only had one shower bar, no non‑slip mat, and I needed my husband to help me enter the shower because it wasn’t a walk‑in.

Yes. The elevators were the only issue.
