I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's flexibility when I booked at the last minute. The staff was super helpful and worked with me to find a great price. It's not always easy to find a place that's willing to accommodate a late change, but they made it happen without any hassle. Overall, I was really impressed with the service.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a few missteps. We'd specifically requested non-smoking rooms, but what we got were bottom-floor rooms with a strong smell of stale cigarettes. Despite the initial disappointment, the rooms themselves were spotless and well-maintained, which made it hard to complain too much. Still, it's a shame the hotel couldn't get the room assignments right.

“The employees were very nice but the room smelled bad the whole time”

The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly, which made the rest of our experience all the more disappointing. We'd booked a nonsmoking room, but the second we stepped inside, it was clear that the previous occupants had been smoking up a storm. The smell of cigarettes lingered the entire time we were there, and to make matters worse, the bed sheets had burn marks from cigarettes. It was a bit of a shock to find trash from the previous guests still in the drawer, too.
