The hotel itself is good, but the staff have no idea how to treat guests; they were very rude and unprofessional.

The bedroom was lovely with a huge window overlooking the race track, but the restaurants and food choices were lacking and the design of the hotel and casino was rather bland.

It’s right beside the racetrack, but a strike has been going on for over two months, making it very inconvenient to leave the property to catch an Uber.
