The staff were lovely, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. We booked a room with a pool view, but it was missing a toilet seat and we couldn't get it fixed. They offered us a different room, but it had a view of the car park and was super noisy at night because of all the people coming and going. To be honest, the bathrooms are pretty outdated.

The staff here are absolute gems. They're friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making your stay as smooth as possible. I've never encountered such a warm welcome at a hotel before. It's clear they're doing something right.
