The view was beautiful and the setting was very quiet, but the cleanliness left something to be desired – a hotel that hosts guests should be tidier. Breakfast was terrible, so I skipped the second one. The location was inconvenient to reach, and I don’t understand why the elevator, though present, wasn’t working.

Being in the mountains was a plus: it was 4 °C cooler than the coast in August, which mattered a lot. Another advantage was the staff – when a shower caddy broke, the owner didn’t demand a refund and appreciated that I told her right away. The absence of a bidet and window screens forced us to use the air‑conditioner.
