Paola was very accommodating. She helped my friend avoid fines for dropping me off at Coco 21. She also allowed me to not only drop off my bags before check-in, but she also gave me an early check-in. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying there for anyone traveling Modena. The breakfast was delicious but was only served 9-930

The property’s location is great, right in the center. I arrived by train and walked for 15 minutes to the hotel, so I didn’t have to worry about parking. The accommodation is in an old but well‑maintained building. The apartment was recently renovated and finely furnished. The host, very kind and always available, provided disposable slippers, a small welcome kit with body lotion and intimate wash, and two small bottles of water – all very appreciated. For those with long hair, there’s a powerful hair dryer instead of the usual wall‑mounted hotel model that only works for nearly bald people! Breakfast wasn’t as abundant as I had read, but that was also my fault because I had to have it before the scheduled time due to work. If I ever return to Modena, I’ll choose the same accommodation again.

The location in the heart of Modena’s historic center is ideal. The room is very comfortable and located on a quiet street. Great welcome from our host Paola and delicious breakfast. Must visit.
