“Fantastic, relaxed, luxurious.”
Everything was exceptional: staff, cleanliness, breakfast, the new building/facilities. It doesn’t compare to other hotels in Baku; truly 4 star. Book it with your eyes closed. The location may require a Bolt/Taxi, which are relatively cheap (3‑4 € for a 20‑minute drive, though traffic is heavy).
The rooms were spacious and spotless. However, we were placed right next to the elevator, so it was really loud, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The staff were extremely unprofessional; one of them delivered room service, asked for my Instagram, and didn’t leave my room for a while. Front‑desk staff were unpredictable and sometimes rude. Although the room itself was comfortable, this experience made the stay very bad.

I was initially hesitant to book online because I’d seen mixed reviews about cleanliness and staff behavior, so I decided to visit the hotel first and see for myself. I spoke openly with the front‑desk staff, who welcomed my questions with a smile, showed me the rooms, and I finished the booking afterward. My stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly; it’s a family‑friendly hotel that I’d recommend. The open‑style breakfast buffet was good overall for the variety offered, but I think adding more options would make it excellent.
