I had my reservation cancelled without reason, with the claim that I should have paid in advance—a condition that was neither stated nor offered. I had my credit card ready for payment, yet the cancellation went ahead.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with dirty linens and towels, and an unwelcome presence of cockroaches.
