The spot in the city center was great, and Sebastian was super friendly and helpful.

“Stylish hotel in the heart of Troyes”

This hotel is gorgeous and sits right in the heart of Troyes, perfect for walking around. They have valet parking and the staff were friendly. The rooms are stylish and super comfy. Nothing to complain about.

“Very nice”

The staff were good, the rooms were quality, breakfast was fine, and the location was ideal for exploring the old town, but the bar’s DJ played very loud pop/dance music at night, which was odd for the mainly 60‑year‑old crowd.

L emplacement, la chambre en elle même la literie , l hotel est beau et très bien décoré. Le service n est pas a la hauteur d un 5 etoiles: chambre faite le 2 em jour ,drap pas tendus lit a peine fait, rideaux fermés la nuit pas remis, moquette pas aspirée, tv en panne signalée le matin a l accueil le soir en rentrant toujours en panne (merci a un mr charmant venu immédiatement) des pannes ca arrive mais quand c est signaléil faut agir il me semble , accueil froid dans l ensemble sauf deux oersonnes , c est nous en rentrant qui disions bonjour, parking 30 euros ok mais voiture qui est resté dans la cour une nuit sans etre rentrée. Franchement première fois dans un 5 etoiles offert par mon conjoint je m attendais a bien mieux
