The pool and outdoor area were great, and the room was clean and roomy enough for my family to be comfortable, yet the fridge in our room was broken and the front desk said everyone had already left, so there was nothing we could do since we checked in at 4 when that was allowed.

The location was convenient, but there were no water machines, the shower was mediocre, mildew was visible on the tiles and around the tub area, and the toiletries were too small.

The front desk and other staff were welcoming and sweet, but despite housekeeping clearly working hard to clean the room, the musty smell was overwhelming and I couldn’t see how they could fix it.
