The location was great, and the lady at the hotel was nice. We arrived late for breakfast, there was little left to eat, and no one mentioned the shortage. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The location was interesting, close to nature. A good spot for a weekend. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, even though it was late. Breakfast was delayed and not ready on time, around 7:00. Warm dishes were served fifteen minutes late, which is a problem when you’re in a hurry. I also don’t understand why the room is in a distant part of the building, not in the hotel building itself.

Good breakfast, rooms are a bit old, otherwise everything is fine. The restaurant was impossible, the service was terrible, we waited three hours, half of the order was forgotten and not brought, not recommended.

The Tanew Hotel offered a quiet, peaceful stay surrounded by plenty of greenery, and the room was comfortable with a balcony.

If you’re looking for a place to rest while traveling, this hotel is not it because a wedding goes on until dawn. After a sleepless night, I was nauseous during breakfast, so the food was the last thing on my mind. I filed a complaint about the actual conditions, and although the hotel’s policy says they’ll respond within 14 days, it’s been almost a month and a half with no reply—total disregard. In short, they should run a wedding venue, not a hotel. The wedding was held at the Tanew instead of the Galicja, and the rooms had no air‑conditioning. When I opened the window to lower the 30 °C inside, the noise from the wedding guests and the cooling unit outside was unbearable and even drowned out the TV. The music from the lower floor kept me awake until dawn. Night staff were unresponsive; no one answered the phone at reception or tried to enforce the supposed quiet hours. I can’t fault the wedding guests; it’s the owner and staff’s fault for putting me and my family right in the middle of the celebration, yet they promised a restful hotel room. They treated us like second‑class guests who had to pay full price for a terrible service. During booking, the system—probably using the hotel’s data—displayed that a triple room couldn’t hold our four‑person group, so we had to book two rooms. On arrival, the triple room actually had four full‑size beds, but because the offer was non‑refundable, we still had to pay for two rooms, five beds in total. The hotel’s policy of hosting a wedding while offering hotel rooms in the same building is baffling and clearly not customer‑friendly. If you’re not a wedding attendee, avoid this place.
