Breakfast was decent, the location was good, and the staff helped us with our trip; the rooms on the first floor were not as good as the ones we stayed in on our return. The rooms on the first floor were small, noisy, and a bit cramped.

“Super Hotel in Zentraler Lage mit Top Personal”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great tips and making an effort to keep us comfortable. The location was central and many sights are walkable. The hotel and rooms were clean. We couldn’t find a kettle in the room, even though it was listed as available, but there was a tea & coffee station near the reception. The rooms are a little noisy and can get loud.

The staff were very friendly and helped arrange parking. Breakfast each morning was bread and sausage. The location was in the old town center, within walking distance of several old town sights. We didn’t bring much cash, so card payments incurred a fee. We stayed two nights, and the room wasn’t cleaned between stays.

“Séjour très agréable”

The hotel is well situated in the center of Amman, very pleasant and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

“Great value for money and location for authentican experience away from the hotels on the western side of the city”

The location is great, close to downtown Roman architecture, Petra Museum, and Rainbow Street. We arrived late, but Osama and the team handled it without any issue. They were very helpful with plans, breakfast was excellent and scheduled at a convenient time. The rooms were clean and had plenty of power sockets.
