Everything else, including the equipment, cleanliness, and other aspects, was mediocre. The windows were clogged, the climate control was awful, and the noise from the street below—there was a bar or pub—created a terrible mess.

The furnishings were practical and comfortable, and the location between the train station and the city centre was convenient. However, the carpet was dirty and spotted, the sink drain was clogged, the faucet at the sink was leaking, there was no air conditioning, and the window handles were broken—so the windows could only be opened fully and were not tiltable. The photos online gave a better impression than the actual hotel.

The breakfast was good and the hotel sits right in the city centre, but there’s no air‑conditioning and the rooms are poorly sound‑proofed.

The location is great, in the old town with quick access to public transport, and the staff are very friendly and helpful; they even provided fans because of the heat. However, the room furnishings, though decent, aren’t well maintained or especially clean, many items are worn or broken, the fridge in the room had a strong odor inside, and on the balcony there was an opened bottle of drink and a lot of pigeon droppings.
