“After staying only four hours before 18.00, but they charged full amount of 24 hours.”

Nothing to like, only dislike. The so‑called deluxe rooms were not breathable. Workers told us that turning on the AC would cost Rs.250 per hour, which felt like cheating. I decided to leave before 18.00 hrs, but the staff wouldn’t let my 90‑year‑old mother go; I asked how much it would cost and they locked the gate. They waited until after 18.00 hrs, then said the full amount would be charged. I paid the full amount and my family left. The staff’s behavior was extremely cruel, cheating, and nasty. Staying four hours before 18.00 hrs to decide whether to stay without AC punished my mother terribly. I would label this place the “Extremely Worst Hotel.”

“Overall good experience.”

The room was comfortable and the environment pleasant, and the owner was cooperative. We had to ask for a towel and soap, and water isn’t free in the room. Staff argued in front of us, which was not good.

The room was clean and shining, and the staff were very polite and respectful. There were no complimentary drinks, like water or anything, although it’s their right to bring some water into the room.
