“Gorgeous brand new property with beautiful views”

Beautiful & quiet villa & property in the hills, surrounded by cypress trees ,close to Monte Portio Catone & Frascati, in the heart of the Castelli Romani region. Everything was perfect, the rooms & bathrooms are large, brand new renovated with exquisite taste and gorgeous views over the surrounding landscape and Frascati. The owners are very kind people, going out of their way to help us with everything we needed during our stay. While they served us delicious breakfasts in the large dining area, we simply enjoyed their conversation, so they made it an overall unforgettable experience !

“Struttura da 10 e lode”

Dal primo istante ci si ritrova immersi in un’autentica oasi di pace, circondati da un panorama favoloso che rigenera la vista e lo spirito. Svegliarsi o rilassarsi con una cornice del genere rende la vacanza indimenticabile. ​La cura degli spazi è maniacale: la pulizia è semplicemente impeccabile, brillante in ogni angolo. La struttura è equipaggiata alla perfezione, dotata di qualsiasi cosa possa potenzialmente servire per un soggiorno senza pensieri; non manca davvero nulla, ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per garantire il massimo del comfort. ​Un capitolo a parte va dedicato al proprietario: persona di una cordialità e disponibilità rare, attenta, accogliente e sempre pronta ad aiutarti con il sorriso, facendo sentire l'ospite coccolato dal primo all'ultimo giorno. ​Un'esperienza da 10 e lode a pieni voti. Consiglio questa struttura ad occhi chiusi a chiunque cerchi relax, bellezza e un'accoglienza con il cuore. Ovviamente NULLA !!!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local activity suggestions, and the security measures felt very robust. The bed, typical of Italy, was a bit short at the head and foot for anyone over 1.90 m who wants to use a pillow, but it was wide enough to sleep diagonally, and overall it was very comfortable!

“Não é muito confortável”

The location is pretty cool, in a nice spot. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it gets extremely hot in the area. The listing says it's a family room, but the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable; I had to put the mattress on the floor and it was very thin and hard. Breakfast mainly consisted of industrialized foods.
