Central location in a quiet spot, but the dining room was shut for refurbishment and we weren’t warned beforehand. We had to leave the hotel and walk to the sister hotel, where the breakfast was very sparse—only eggs, no cereal or fruit. Totally disappointed.

Nothing good at all. The rooms are tiny, the toilet is awful, the shower is poorly designed, the bath top is dangerous, and there’s no breakfast even though we paid for it.

I asked for an early check‑in because we were traveling to London for a wedding and needed to get ready. I was granted early check‑in that day, but I felt I shouldn’t have had to phone and email several times before being told it was possible when I arrived. The early check‑in arrangements were not in place.
