The pool area was lovely and well located. The new Lido bar at the pool was great and the food very delicious. A great spot to unwind after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was a little basic but had everything you needed. A more regular room service would have been nice, but apparently that’s an extra cost.

The hotel is modern, tidy, and within walking distance of the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we even received fresh fruit on arrival (not sure if that applies to everyone). The two swimming pools are large, clean, and well arranged. Breakfast (if not included in your package) costs 30AUD per person – the selection of hot and cold food is pretty good, but the hot options were left out for a long time under heating lights, not very hot and rather dried out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free on‑site secure parking was much appreciated as parking in Darwin is difficult. Wi‑Fi was very good some of the time (200Mbps during daytime), but slowed down to 0.2Mbps in the evening, making streaming anything impossible, even though the hotel was not very busy.

The new pool was great. The staff were very accommodating given we had a late flight. Great secure parking for the vehicle. Will definitely look forward to staying there again. The rooms could be updated, but understand this is being planned.
