“No volveria”
The only thing I liked was the staff. Overall everything made me want to file a complaint with Booking because the contract states that the round‑trip to the airport is included, yet I had to pay €30 for the return.

It was very hot, the lounge was dirty, the décor was off, the staff shouted too much in the morning, the service was terrible, and the bathroom was incomplete—missing a shower door and other essentials.

The location right in the heart of the Medina and the beauty of the common room were highlights. However, the room assigned to me was wrong, the shower cabin was dilapidated (it couldn’t even close, had rusty metal pieces, a broken and sharp headboard, single beds or a makeshift mattress, and wall sockets that came out of the wall or simply didn’t work). There was only half a roll of toilet paper for 2 or 3 people, the Wi‑Fi disappeared if you stood more than 1 m from the entrance door, and overall it was a disaster.

The staff were friendly, but we had to wait a long time in the hall before being given access to our room. The shower was missing a wall, and when we mentioned it the staff just said, “Sorry, we can’t do anything today…”

Located right in the Medina, check‑in was possible at 6:00 am and the house looked nice. The room only had windows facing the courtyard, so there was no ventilation. The courtyard has a restaurant, which can make it louder for longer periods, and the place wasn’t very clean.
