The location works well, yet the building feels worn out; there are no hangers, only one hair‑dryer for eight guests, six chairs without stools for eight, the sofa is overly soft, bedrooms lack chairs or stools, and there are no hooks or racks for clothes.

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds comfortable; the view from the 22nd floor is great, and each room has air‑conditioning. We didn’t use the pool. The noise from traffic was loud, the living‑room furniture is small, old, and unattractive, the dining area seats only six even though there are beds for twelve, the terrace has no furniture, and there is no proper kitchen—just a microwave, kettle, and fridge. Overall it’s fine if you’re not sensitive to noise and don’t need to cook.

市中心，地点方便，停车多。. 1. Check in / check out 不夠no flixible. 3pm 才可以check in. 11am 就要check out，如果不是full house, 应该要比较flexible, aiabnb 卻比hotel 更严。 2. 二楼的楼梯很危險，有一个空隙，尤其在晚上，很容易踏空，对老人和小孩非常危險。如图 3. 厕所bidets 漏水

The place is spacious, clean, and offers a nice view from a large balcony; there are many beds and washrooms, good Wi‑Fi, helpful staff with fast responses, and a beautiful, large swimming pool. The staircase to the upper floor near the gate is unsafe; a step could cause a fall if one missteps, so illuminated safety tape on the stair edges would improve visibility.

We enjoyed a great stay overall; the environment was pleasant, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location convenient. Each room had its own bathroom, and there were bathtubs upstairs and downstairs, though only one had a stopper and both showed visible black spots, so we avoided using them. The beds were very comfortable. At check‑in, one water heater was broken, but staff arrived quickly to fix it even though it was late. Everything else was fine, and we were very satisfied. The only drawback was a slightly dirty floor, which was not a major issue.
