The staff were pleasant both at reception and housekeeping, the pool was pretty with enough loungers for everyone at all times (I stayed from late August to early September), the rooms were also pretty and matched the photos. The location is a bit far from the beach, but it’s still walkable. The main negatives were the housekeeping: although it was done daily, it was done too roughly; sand was on the floor from the first day, the sheets weren’t changed during a stay longer than a week, and some supplies like hand soap were empty and not replaced. The jacuzzi barely worked, and a major drawback was the TVs in the rooms – they’re not smart TVs, which is a shame because it removes the possibility to connect to Netflix, etc., leaving only mostly Spanish channels that speak French, and no TV at all during the stay.

The bungalows were huge with a terrace; the bed was super comfortable and large, the bathroom was fully equipped with gels and a hair dryer. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a small fridge, and complimentary water bottles. Everything was very clean, the exterior was well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm, just a minute’s walk from Yumbo, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location was excellent and you could feel the tranquility. The staff were very friendly.
