Overall, a solid 4‑star hotel. Good breakfasts, lunches, and dinners… I’d add great entertainment. Everything else is terrible. 1. In the evenings, right by the window of one of the top‑5 rooms, there’s a party. 2. Be prepared that at 7:00 all the loungers by the pool are occupied. 3. Towels always have to be carried with you; you leave the room with them in the morning, then haul them back at night. 4. They cut corners everywhere; the dinner menu isn’t fully served, you can secretly order red fish which isn’t brought to the main table. And the cherry on top—our flight was delayed, we were asked to extend, they apologized but said there were no rooms. They blocked us through Booking and the rooms were still there. For 6 days we paid $5,600. Bottom line: a disgusting hotel, not even 5 stars.
