The place offers great views and is very pleasant. Being a bit away from the town center helps you rest and disconnect. The room was very dark and the décor didn’t feel very welcoming. Breakfast had limited variety, but the views were magnificent.

Honestly, our trip to Tam Coc started a bit stressfully when our train from Hanoi got delayed by almost two hours. We arrived late in the evening, feeling exhausted and completely drained. But the moment we stepped into Tam Cốc Windy Fields, all that stress just melted away. The owner and staff were waiting for us with warm tea and genuine smiles. Even though the kitchen was technically closing, they quickly prepped a hot, delicious local dinner for us without any hesitation. That kindness meant the world to us after a chaotic journey. Waking up the next morning was an absolute dream. We opened the curtains to reveal a panoramic view of lush green rice fields framed by massive limestone karst mountains. We spent our afternoon floating in the outdoor pool, watching the sunset behind the peaks with a drink in hand. The bungalow felt so private, rustic, and cozy with all the warm wooden tones, yet fully equipped with strong Wi-Fi and a super clean bathroom. They even helped us rent motorbikes and mapped out a custom itinerary for Hang Mua and Bich Dong Pagoda. From a rough start to the best highlight of our Vietnam trip-we can’t wait to come back!

It was great that there were free bikes available at any time, and the location is very nice. You can also eat there until 21:00, which was a big plus for us since we arrived unexpectedly late on the first day. However, there was mold in the shower and the floor in the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The setting is quiet and surrounded by rice fields, yet it’s convenient for local tours. Hygiene standards are high, the double AC system works well, and a mini‑fridge and kettle are provided. The on‑site restaurant offers excellent vegetarian breakfast options, and the bike/motorbike rental service is reliable. The reception speaks English fluently, check‑in is prompt, and shuttle booking assistance is efficient.

The location and view, as well as the accommodation’s offerings, are great. The breakfast selection could be a bit larger and there was some mold in the shower, but everything else was fine.
