We couldn’t find the guest house because the address information was bad and they were unreachable by phone; they didn’t refund us either—scammers!

I booked an air‑conditioned room because the fan room felt hot; the location is good, value is solid, staff replied quickly, and it’s basic—just for sleeping. Kuya Randy even took me on a tour of Butuan City at a set price.

The room was clean except for crumbs under the sheet that I couldn't identify; the hotel was overbooked and the caretaker seemed clueless about what to do. The kitchen was dirty and disorganized, with only one outlet that was far from the mirror and the bed.
